My name is Carson Beier. I was born and raised in the Edmonton area. I moved to Lloydminster in 1996 and then to Fort McMurray in 1998 to pursue a great career opportunity. My wife and I chose to move to Spruce Grove in 2005. We wanted to raise our three children in a small community with all the amenities of the big city. As the owner/operator of my company since 1996, my commitment to quality service and guaranteed satisfaction are just a few of my high standards. I feel with my experience in house construction, landscaping, sales and customer service I will exceed all your expectations.

My main focus in real estate is as a listing specialist.  The good will of my clients is my greatest asset. In August 2008 I bought the EXIT Realty SOLUTIONS brokerage, and in June of 2009 I became the Broker.  January 2011, my brokerage became the first in Alberta to receive EcoBroker(R) designation!
