Exit Realty Solutiona first opened its doors to the public on June 17, 1997. We have been serving Spruce Grove and the surrounding areas since then.  In August 2008, Carson Beier bought the Exit Realty Solutions brokerage which is currently located in Spruce Grove and in June of 2009, Carson Beier became the Broker. In January 2011, Carson Beier became the first Broker in Alberta to receive the EcoBroker(R) designation.
